  • This injury can occur from normal wear and tear and/or if you repeat the same arm motion daily.

  • Unless your injury is severe, physiotherapy is the starting point for recovery from a rotator cuff tear.

Our one-to-one sessions with a Registered Physiotherapist allows us to utilize our manual therapy skills to provide effective and efficient treatment directed at restoring joint mechanics and soft tissue health.  Our treatment sessions last 30-45 minutes thereby allowing us to provide ample ‘hands-on’ treatment.  Our physiotherapists have acquired advanced manual therapy skills through continuing academic courses offered by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association – Orthopaedic division.
