The vision of Nobleton Physiotherapy is to provide healthcare leadership to the community with a trusted and professional health service. We achieve this by integrating our 3 principles of care:
1. Client Centred Treatment Approach
Our one-to-one sessions with a Registered Physiotherapist allows us to utilize our manual therapy skills to provide effective and efficient treatment directed at restoring joint mechanics and soft tissue health. Our treatment sessions last 30-45 minutes thereby allowing us to provide ample ‘hands-on’ treatment. Our physiotherapists have acquired advanced manual therapy skills through continuing academic courses offered by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association – Orthopaedic division.
2. Communication and Education
Through our assessment and discussion with each patient, we can identify their specific problems. With this information we then educate and explain their injury, potential causes of the problem, discuss the treatment plan, and offer a prognosis and maintenance plan to fully ensure they can move forward from their injury.
3. Patient Specific Treatment & Exercise Prescription
The key to full recovery is ensuring all facets of the injury have recovered including mobility, strength, speed, co-ordination, and functional movement integration. Our physiotherapists are dedicated at meeting these objectives with patient specific exercises that are fully explained, demonstrated, and reviewed with each patient to ensure they are correctly completed. Our continual reassessment of the injury allows us to progress exercises as necessary.
