What can Nobleton Physiotherapy do for me?

  • Create and implement a plan for ergonomic settings at work and at home to prevent excessive strain on your wrist.

  • Visiting a physiotherapist early on will help to prevent long term damage and prevent or delay surgical intervention.

  • Post operation, a physiotherapist can assist will helping the tendons, nerves and muscles heal properly.

Our one-to-one sessions with a Registered Physiotherapist allows us to utilize our manual therapy skills to provide effective and efficient treatment directed at restoring joint mechanics and soft tissue health.  Our treatment sessions last 30-45 minutes thereby allowing us to provide ample ‘hands-on’ treatment.  Our physiotherapists have acquired advanced manual therapy skills through continuing academic courses offered by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association – Orthopaedic division.
